Blue Frost (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://www.bluefrost.store . By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is designed to set clear expectations and protect both you and Blue Frost.

1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock information,
however, in rare cases stock discrepancies may occur.

If an item you ordered is unavailable:
* We will ship the available items
* We will contact you to choose between:
* Waiting for restock, or
* Receiving a refund for the unavailable item

2. Returns Related to Shipping

Blue Frost accepts returns due to change of mind provided that:
* A return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the item
* The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
* The product is in resellable condition

Important:
* Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
* Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping
* Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable
Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed as store credit for future purchases.
You will be notified via email once completed.

2.2 Warranty Returns

Blue Frost honors valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of delivery.
For warranty claims:
* Customers must prepay return shipping
* Shipping costs will be reimbursed upon approval of the warranty claim
* Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item

Once approved, you may choose one of the following:

* Refund to original payment method
* Store credit
* Replacement item (subject to availability)

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

*Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days

3.2 International Shipping

*Estimated delivery time: 4–22 business days
* Delivery time depends on destination and courier service selected at checkout

3.3 Dispatch Time

*Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation
* Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays
* Delays due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances will be minimized wherever possible

3.4 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be requested before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

3.5 P.O. Box Addresses

We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes.

3.6 Military Addresses

Military addresses can be shipped using postal services. Courier delivery may not be available.

3.7 Items Out of Stock

If any item in your order goes out of stock:
* The unavailable item will be canceled and refunded
* Remaining items will be shipped as scheduled

3.8 Delivery Delays

If your delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier partner.
