Order Cancellation by Blue Frost
Blue Frost reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the following situations:

If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully processed, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Note:
Any promotional vouchers or discount codes used for a canceled order may not be refunded or reissued.
Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their order within 7 working days of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
