Return Eligibility
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All tags must be intact

The product must be in its original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request
To initiate a return or exchange:,

*Submit the required details in the return form

Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Follow the on-screen instructions

You will receive a confirmation email once your request is approved
Exchange Policy
*Once an exchange request is placed, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 days

After the returned item is received and approved post quality check, a new exchange order is automatically created
*
The exchanged product is shipped within 2–3 working days
*
Delivery usually takes 8–10 days, depending on your location (often sooner)
Important Note:
Once an item has been exchanged and delivered, no further exchange or refund requests will be accepted for that order.
Return & Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse and it passes inspection:

Refunds will be initiated to your original mode of payment

For Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking payments, refunds may take 8–10 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Confirmation
